Have you seen +UP rewards at Rite Aid and have wondered what they are?

Up rewards are printed on your receipt after you have purchased a specific item. Items are usually listed in the ad. This item has triggered the computer to print, on you receipt a coupon for your next transaction.  You have to sign up for the Wellness + program to get them to print.
